Contractor Details

Only catering supplied by our approved caterers may be brought on site. Guests are not permitted to bring their own food, drinks or alcoholic drinks into the building. Our team are delighted to share menu samples designed for Panmure House. You can contact the caterers only once menus have been shared and the event has been confirmed. Your chosen company will liaise directly with Panmure House regarding delivery and collection. 

Please note that our caterers may require a minimum spend and guest numbers, and on most occasions, they will require you to request food provisions in addition to drink refreshments. Our team will gladly advise you further during your enquiry.

All approved suppliers are familiar with the audio visual setup at Panmure House and have consulted extensively on the technical delivery of events.
